The Online Induction
Our online induction is designed to guide you through the essential knowledge and skills you need as a new member of the Bluebird Care team. It is made up of a series of lessons and quizzes, allowing you to engage with the material at your own pace while demonstrating your understanding as you progress.
Course Structure
Each lesson is carefully structured to cover key topics, including our company values, person-centred care principles, health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection. After completing each lesson, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a short quiz. This ensures that you can showcase your learning, reinforce your understanding, and build confidence in applying what you’ve learned in real-world care situations.
The induction is designed to be interactive, accessible, and practical, giving you the chance to pause, revisit content, and track your progress throughout the process.
